My BG Home Ltd. charges the following taxes and commissions:

Agency commission: For each property purchased with our help and assistance we charge 3% agents commission on the purchasing price or minimum of 400 Euros. Our commission is payable when paying a deposit and signing the preliminary contract for purchasing property.

Company registration fees: Our team of lawyers will register your company for which we charge 600 Euros.

Other expenses: There are other expenses like: notary fees, tax when purchasing property, stamp duty, check on the property ownership which depends on each property. These charges will be included too to the property price.

Transport charges: You can choose between two options which are as follow: to use our company car and pay per km which is 0.20 Euros or 50 Euros per day to cover the petrol expanses and wear costs of the vehicle. The transport fee is refundable in case you purchase property during your visit.

Building and Repair work – We have contacts with many famous building companies, interior and exterior designers which will help you to make your own project, give you professional advices and help you to realize it and make your cozy and nice BG Home.
